Introduction

Hypernative Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and operates an onchain security, real-time monitoring, and automated response platform ("Platform"). We also operate the website https://www.hypernative.io/ and its subdomains and related features (“Site”, and collectively with the Platform and any other services provided by the Company – the “Services”).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) was designed to help you understand the information we collect, store, use and share, and it applies whenever person visits our Site, installs or interacts with the Platform, registers to or attends any of our events or otherwise accesses or uses any of the Services (collectively: "Users").

In any case we will conclude that disclosure of Personal Information is necessary, we will only disclose that portion of the Personal Information that is required in order to satisfy the basis for disclosure. We will share the Personal Information under appropriate safeguards.

We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable privacy laws. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the applicable data protection regulator.

Retention

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy Policy.
